You should get a refund if paid by CC.I paid by debit card.

Hi All.
I contacted my bank (disputes) and told them that I was disputing the payment made to Billetto. They sent me the dispute papers which I completed stating that I was disputing the payment under 'failure to provide goods and services' attaching a copy of my ticket from Billetto.
The full amount paid was refunded to my bank account within around 5 days.
Happy days.
