Ok so I took a day off with friends to visit Oktoberfest for the Friday afternoon session only to be greeted at Shadwell station by stewards advising the event was cancelled.A little disgruntled obviously but these things happen.Expecting a refund soon after I refused my friends offers of cash to reimburse the cost of the tickets which I had purchased.Now a sketchy statement has been issued by the OktoberfestLDN basically advising refunds won`t be issued until legal action is settled.
Note to OKTOBERFEST you refund your customers first then take any legal action against whoever you are blaming for the debacle.
You must be sitting on over a million in ticket sales.What`s happened to it ?
